Our SHOP service is designed with independence in mind, for peace of mind. Our dedicated team of Supporters provide a professional, personalised service so that you can feel in control and able to manage practical day-to-day tasks in the way you want to.

We are an organisation connected to our community, delivering bespoke services one-to-one with older people, and we aim to continue to grow and develop with our values based delivery.
Here at Better Lives, we believe that help can be delivered in a way that makes it enjoyable as well as practical.
Each service you access through Better Lives has the ethos of equality, control and independence for the person who needs it. So whether that is a SHOP Supporter, a CORE companion, or a trusted trader through TASK, there is always a helpful voice at the end of the phone.
A Good Life project
Better Lives is proud to work in partnership to deliver A Good Life to the people of Knowsley.
Launched in February 2020, the project offers wrap-around advice and support for adults in Knowsley who are disadvantaged for any reason such as poverty, disability, age or other circumstances which prevent them from having ‘a good life’.
